Since 2003 Stubbies & Steins has brought you the finest selection of ales, lagers and lambics from across the globe. When Berkeley and her father Gar set out to open the pub, their goal was to create a spot where they would enjoy an evening… and hoped others might follow suit as well. The largest selection in town of the highest quality beer combined with a smoke-free environment and knowledgeable service proved to be a hit in the Gainesville community.
After numerous renovations and sheer determination, an expansion was completed in 2008. Stubbies & Steins included a full German food menu with an even larger selection of beer and wine. Not only is Stubbies a great place to meet friends for a drink, some board games and conversation, it is also a fantastic place to enjoy German cuisine for dinner.
